Key industry stalwarts and business leaders descended in Dubai for a two day deliberation on the New Silk Route. With presentations by the ministries of South Africa, Angola and Zimbabwe, the conference saw success in arriving at a consensus towards proclaiming Dubai as the destination for Rough.
