A diamond cut for small diamonds

The ideal diamond cut, invented by Marcel Tolkowsky in 1919, gives optimal optical performance for polished diamonds of 0.20 carat and larger. However, this performance is compromised in smaller stones as smaller stones need fewer facets. Almost 100 years after the introduction of the ideal diamond cut, Mikisa Gems created a new diamond cut for small size diamonds: UltraBrights.
